The accommodation provider is entitled to notify the guest after his / her stay for the purpose of ascertaining customer satisfaction.

What data we actually handle
Website visits
When you visit www.mountaincamp.at the web server records technically necessary data in server log files (truncated IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser/OS). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in stable, secure operation).
Booking & registration form
For your reservation and the statutory registration under § 77 of the Upper Austrian Tourism Act we process the data submitted in the booking and registration forms (name, address, email, phone, vehicle, registration plate, stay dates, number of guests). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR (performance of contract; legal obligation; § 132 BAO requires 7-year retention).
Payment processing
Payment data is transmitted directly to the respective payment service provider; we do not store full card numbers.
Cookies & tracking
This website uses no tracking cookies and no external analytics tool. When external services are embedded (Google Maps on the arrival page, Google Fonts, Font Awesome CDN), your browser establishes a connection to the respective provider.

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). Please contact info@mountaincamp.at.
